Graduated with a MA in Mathematics Education from Indiana State Teachers College

Became a Master Mason of the Vincennes Lodge #1

Joined Scottish Rite of Terre Haute

Received the Community Leader of America Award

1973

Received his PhD in Elementary Mathematics Education from Indiana University

1977

Elected Thrice Potent Master

1984

Transfered to and became Most Worshipful Master Mason of Terre Haute

1979

Married Sharon Clements

1981 - 2006

Served as the Executive Secretary of the Scottish Rite

1988 - 2002

Served two terms on the Vigo County School Board

Crowned a 33 mason

Inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame

Became a Kentucky Colonel

Received the Indiana Council of Deliberation Medal of Honor for outstanding service to Freemasonry
