Baptized in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by Thomas Dunn.

Ordained a member of the Seventies by Joseph Young

Family settled in North Ogden, Utah

Married Ann Gillespie

David and family were sent by Brigham Young to make a settlement in Southern Utah. They settled in Pine Creek, between what is now Cove Fort and Beaver city, Utah

Early 1860's

Family moved to Beaver, Utah

Built one of the first brick homes in Beaver

1870

Married Christina Gibb Gillis

1875

Arrested for unlawful co-habitation

January 12, 1909

Died in Beaver City, Beaver County, Utah
