Daniel King Barton is a cousin of mine on my Father's side of the family. Richard Easton -> (1938) -> Ray Easton (1911) -> Eva Jane Barton (1879) -> John Hunter Barton (1858) -> William John Barton (1821)

Daniel King Barton was born on 11 March 1854 in Parowan, Iron County, Utah to William John Barton and Sarah Esther West Barton.  He was the 3rd of 13 children.

Daniel married Helen "Ellen Ann Horton on September 1st, 1878 in Adamsville, Beaver County, Utah.

It was reported that at some point the Barton family lived in the David Miller home which was later owned by the youngest Barton, Nell and her husband Blaine Blackett.

Ellen died on January 12th, 1934 and Daniel died on June 20th, 1934 in Greenville and they are buried together in the Greenville Cemetary.
